Dear Brandy Mill Homeowners,

We as a board wanted to update the community on a few items.  First, there is an official Brandy Mill website, which has replaced the old one that no one could navigate.  Both Facebook sites are NOT and never have been BrandyMill owned and operated sites. Not all the residents have  access to these sites on social media and are not a forum where the board can communicate with the residents of the community or post information publicly.  That being said,  please join us on the web at:  brandymillmbhoa.com

On the website you will find a list of rules and regulations for Brandymill.  It is the board's responsibility to enforce these rules.  No homeowner is being singled out or held to a different standard.  We will be handing over a list of those who are delinquent on their yearly HOA dues, as well as a list of those who have not been abiding by the covenants and By-Laws, of the community, to the HOA attorney, so that they can enforce fines and penalties.  If you are a resident that is currently in violation, please correct these issues, so no further action will need to be taken.

Next, we would like to inform the community, regarding the frontage signs.  As you all know 2 of the 3 Brandymill signs have been damaged.  The 1st one was a total loss.  The property on which the sign sat is property that is not owned by the HOA, therefore, that sign will not be rebuilt.  The insurance money for this damage has been placed in the HOA bank accounts.   The 2nd sign is in the process of being rebuilt.  Both of these incidents were auto insurance payments and are no cost to the community.  Money left over from insurance payments will be kept in the HOA accounts and will offset costs, and keep the dues from increasing.

Lastly, lawn Care/ Trimming of community property.  A new Landscaper has been hired by the board.  The price of the current landscaper is almost 50 percent of what was previously being paid.  There is not currently a contract and the price can be decreased if the property in the front sells and there is a change in the amount of grass that gets cut, the price will decrease as well.
