After reviewing the health of our finances for the community, we have determined that not only are we keeping our annual HOA dues the same ($150.00) but we are also for the year 2025,  giving homeowners (who are current on their dues, and good standing, meaning no outstanding violations) a $50.00 discount for this year. This was possible by recovering insurance funds for the loss of our entrance feature and by better handling of the HOA funds.  We hope that this will serve as an incentive to remain in good standing and to help our community during this economy.
